  • Analyze our client’s business needs and corporate objectives to identify system and technology gaps and develop strategy and budget to implement solutions that support timely, effective business decisions

  • Provide guidance in determining requirements and specifications for IT or process control systems

  • Lead vendor evaluations and selections for large installations, including development of Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and creation of selection criteria for the given system

  • Project management of large, complex system installations and experience in implementing and integrating various enterprise systems

  • Development of Management of Change (MoC) processes and standards

  • Lead Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Inventory/Materials Management System installations in large organizations

  • Integration of maintenance information and real-time data to enhance reliability of equipment particularly with respect to rotating equipment

  • Collaboration with engineers and operations personnel to develop tools to support process optimization

  • Integration of multiple systems making data readily available to decision makers to support improved operations, maintenance, safety and integrity initiatives

  • Development of allocation systems to gather product information and track it through processing and sales to meet all the necessary regulatory and corporate reporting requirements

  • Development of custom training programs, training manuals and delivery of “hands on” training to users. Our training specialists have all worked in industrial settings to ensure they can provide the support required for “on the job” training. Mera has also developed computer based training programs for ongoing support following a project deployment

  • Analysis of systems to identify opportunities for more efficient use of energy – both electrical energy and/or fuel gas

  • Cleansing existing data from any number of operational, production, maintenance or financial systems to resolve access to real-time data and develop naming convention to ensure ongoing data integrity and to make data useful and meaningful to the user community

  • Formally trained personnel to lead and facilitate PHA/HAZOP studies
